Mist Elimination Products

Demister Vane

Chevron-vane gas-liquid separator with high flow capacity, low pressure drop and broad corrosion-resistant material options.

Mist Elimination Products Series

Demister Vane

Demister vane, also known as a vane mist eliminator, separates liquid droplets from gas. When mist-laden gas passes through bent vane channels, the airflow changes direction sharply and droplets collide with the vane surfaces under inertia, coalesce and drain downward. Stainless steel, PP, PVDF and PTFE versions cover a wide range of temperature and corrosion conditions.

Stainless steel 304 / 316LUp to 450℃; weak-acid/alkali and high-temperature service
Polypropylene (PP)Up to 90℃; low-temperature dilute-acid scrubbers
PVDFUp to 140℃; chlorine-containing gas and pickling
PTFEUp to 260℃; strong acids, alkalis and solvents
