Yes. We supply standard chamber, membrane, and plate-and-frame filter plates, and can manufacture replacement plates from your drawing, dimensions, or an existing sample.
Service life varies with slurry chemistry, abrasion, pressure, cleaning frequency, and installation quality. Our engineers review these conditions and recommend a suitable yarn, weave, and finishing treatment.
High-temperature applications require specialist media and sealing materials. Share your continuous and peak temperatures with us so we can confirm a suitable cartridge construction.
MOQ depends on the material, width, weave, and whether the cloth is supplied as rolls or finished pieces. Sample and trial quantities are available for many standard specifications.
Standard production normally takes 10–20 working days after specification confirmation. Urgent orders can often be prioritized depending on material availability and production capacity.
Yes. We ship worldwide by express courier, air freight, sea freight, and rail where available. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or another agreed Incoterm.
Our sales team sends the tracking number or freight documents once your shipment leaves our facility and will continue to follow the shipment through delivery.
Check whether the pore size and weave match the particle distribution, then review feed pressure, slurry conditioning, cleaning method, and whether the cloth is being installed at the correct tension.
Cake moisture can often be reduced by optimizing feed pressure and cycle time, improving cloth permeability, using membrane squeeze or air blow, and correcting uneven cake formation.
