Non-woven filter cloth is manufactured by needle punching, melt blowing or thermal bonding synthetic fibers into integral filter materials. Needled non-woven filter cloth for plate and frame filter press is used for solid-liquid separation. Its 3D pore structure captures fine particles for clear filtrate. Filter cake is easy to peel off, and it withstands high-pressure filtration. Widely applied in sludge dewatering, tailings treatment, chemical powder filtration, electroplating and metallurgical slurry filtration.
