PTFE laminated polyester filter cartridge uses high-density polyester needle felt as the substrate and a hot-pressed microporous expanded PTFE membrane as the filtration surface. Dust remains on the membrane instead of penetrating the fiber layer, reducing blockage and making pulse cleaning easier while the polyester base provides strength and toughness.
